Meet Keshia Butler-Thomas
The CEO
LCK Consulting Services was not Keshia’s first business venture. A serial entrepreneur for over 10 years, Keshia has had businesses in a range of industries from Fashion, Education and Accounting and Finance.
In 2018 Keshia was voted Top 40 Under 40 Business Executives by South Jersey Biz Magazine for Konnections Kreated, a consulting firm focused on helping businesses leverage networking to build out their personal brand.
In 2020 she recognized that there was a need to teach businesses how to develop and leverage their digital brand.
Current day, with clients worldwide, Keshia Butler-Thomas, affectionately known as Coach Kesh to many, helps her clients elevate their businesses and brands through her teachings of the usage of Social Media Marketing, Digital Brand Strategy and Online Marketing Trends.
The founder of Thrive Academy and the Social Impact Incubator, she teaches her clients how to leverage social media to establish a digital presence, advance their brands both visually and conceptually and grow their business reach and revenue.
The Professor
Keshia an HBCU graduate of Lincoln University, Pa is an Adjunct Professor of Social Media Marketing at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pa at the Lew Klein School of Advertising and Communications.
She teaches her students about social media marketing methodology rooted in research and her first-hand experience working in the industry day to day.
The TV Personality
Keshia’s television career began as a pre-teen when she had her first appearance on the Public Broadcasting Station (PBS) on Dragonfly TV. Fast forward to today where she is the Tuesday and Thursday Co-Host of Morning Coffee on RVNTV Network streaming to all Roku Devices.

The Wife and Dog Mom
In January 2018, Keshia met the Love of her Life, Lavelle. The couple met by “swiping right” on Tinder which led them down the isle in February 2020 (right before the world shut down). Along with Keshia, Lavelle married Diamond, Keshia’s miniature poodle who also serves as Chief Morale Officer of LCK!
